- Originality and Plagiarism: All submissions must be original content that has not been published elsewhere. Copied contents will be disapproved. You must cite any sources used and provide references to back up your claims whenever necessary.
- Writing Guidelines:
- Language: Articles should be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English.
- Length: We recommend articles to be between 800 and 1500 words, but we can be flexible depending on the topic.
- Structure: Please organize your article with headings, subheadings, and paragraphs for easy readability.
- Formatting: Use proper formatting, such as bullet points, numbered lists, and italics, to enhance clarity and engagement.
- Images: Our editors will pick images from royalty-free sources like Pexels, Pixabay and images in our site are not owned by us and copyrights belong to respective owners.
- Editorial Review: All submissions will go through an editorial review process to maintain the quality and consistency of our content. We reserve the right to edit, modify, or make changes to your article to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to our publishing standards. We may also provide suggestions for improvement if necessary.
- Promotion and Self-Advertising: While we encourage contributors to showcase their expertise, we do not allow excessive self-promotion within the content. Any links or references to personal websites, products, or services should be limited and relevant to the topic.
- Legal and Ethical Considerations: By submitting an article, you confirm that the content is your original work and that you have the necessary rights to grant us permission for publication. You also agree to indemnify “The Tech Write” and its representatives against any claims arising from the content you provide.
- Submission Process: To submit your article for consideration, please send it as a Word document or Google Docs link to [email protected] with the subject line “Guest Post Submission – [Your Article Title].” Our editorial team will review your submission, and if accepted, we will notify you regarding the publishing date.
- One do follow link allowed per post. Link will be permanent and indexed. Reference external links will be picked by our editors and internal links are up to our editors.
- Our editors has complete rights to edit/modify/update contents and links to fit our website tone.
- Payments for sponsored posts will be accepted via PayPal. If the payment is not received, Only links will be deleted and the blog content will still remain in the website.
- Refunds will not be entertained for any reasons.
